It has been a long and at times difficult treatment but Dr Aditya’s professionalism and patience and his Nurse’ support have left me less apprehensive of the dentist’s chair. Dr Aditya Naidu has always kept me informed even through photographs. I am very grateful for the case summary which I am taking back to Seychelles for future use. Everybody at the surgery has been courteous and helpful. Dr Aditya was very thorough in his consultation, explanation and advice on the different options available. I would recommend the practice without hesitation, it cannot compare to others. A big thank you to Aditya and Sheetal Naidu. I wish them all the very best in their chosen career and every success for the future of Naidu & Naidu Dental Surgery.

Very good they put me at ease. All are very professional. Every step of the way was explained to me and I felt confident and secure in their treatments. More gentle, more professional and more caring than other practices.

They make you feel like you are their only patient. I felt comfortable and at ease with them all the time. Every single detail I was informed of and if I was not sure they explained even so that I understood what they meant and they don’t even lose patience with you when you’re not sure. Every single member of Naidu & Naidu staff and dentists are brilliant. They remember your name before you tell them and they make you feel special in every way and can’t do enough for you. I would never change my dentist unless they moved. They are the best and I have a few friends who need a dentist that cares and it would not matter what dentist you had you always get the best care with Naidu & Naidu. Other dentists don’t care about you, they just want your money for their shoddy work and they make ill-fitting teeth and don’t care about you. Naidu & Naidu are the best. The surgery is always clean, including the toilets. The staff and dentists are always well dressed and clean. I would be gutted if they ever sold up or moved, I’d probably walk around with no teeth.

Extremely happy and satisfied. They are all exceptionally warm, friendly and kind to all patients. I used to be a nervous wreck on visiting dentists but since going to Aditya Naidu all that changed. I no longer need someone with me for my appointments. If anyone can consider a dentist visit a pleasure then I would say so of Mr Naidu’s surgery!

My whole experience with Mr Aditya Naidu was with true professional care at all times. The experience of my dental treatment I have never come across before and is one of the best. I was made fully aware of all my treatment step by step at every appointment, every question I asked was made clear and given with great care.
My dentist Mr Aditya Naidu has given me great confidence having had some not so good experience in past years his professionalism shines through. The staff in the whole practice from receptionist to the dental nurse are a credit to the practice.
The treatment I chose to have was for:
- Hygiene reasons
- Make sure my teeth were in good condition
- Vanity and looking good
- Gave me more confidence
I have recommended a friend and will carry on recommending Naidu & Naidu, you truly are a great dentist. Absolutely fine- no nasty experiences! All the staff at the surgery have been extremely pleasant. I believe that the Naidu Surgery is fully committed to the welfare of its patients and the staff are always polite and efficient.

Naidu & Naidu have an exceptional team who always make me feel safe and welcome. Everyone was very informative and I felt fully confident all the time. A receptionist who seems to work most of the time (apologies for not knowing name) and young female dentist – were exceptionally accommodating and supportive after I had an injection (I have a fear of needles)- they are both an asset to the team.

Very relaxed atmosphere & friendly team. 100% explanation on treatment cost. I have dealt at one time or another with almost every member of the team and everyone is so friendly and polite. After my abscess I had a consultation. I wanted to know what could be done and was amazed at my options so decided to go ahead. Every stage including the price was explained fully. My daughter attends this dental practice as well as my wife. I have had a horrendous experience before and was very nervous in the past and one recently but was very glad I found this practice. I even have a laugh it's that relaxed!
